Love his expression. Even the first time around. Great nose. Being the head is a 3/4 view the hidden side should be shorter in width than the side of the face that is closest to the viewer. Also you may want to curve the tie to help give the torso volume. His arms also seem a bit long for his body. Do I realize this is a cartoon character. Yes...yes I do, but I just love to here myself type.:)
